1. Data Controller

2. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

A DPO has not been appointed as the conditions of art. 37 GDPR are not met. For any request, please contact the controller directly at the address above.

3. Categories of data processed

We only process data the user voluntarily provides through the inquiry form or the contact form:

  • Identity data: full name
  • Contact data: email address and phone number (optional)
  • Request data: travel dates, pickup and drop-off locations, number of passengers, luggage, free-text notes
  • Technical data automatically collected: IP address and browser user agent, processed for security, abuse prevention and system logs
  • First-party navigation and analytics data: visited URL, page language, referrer, visit duration, device type, browser, operating system, country and city estimated from technical headers, and pseudonymous identifiers stored in localStorage/sessionStorage

4. Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Reply to the user's request and prepare a quote — legal basis: pre-contractual measures (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • Management of any subsequent service contract — legal basis: contract performance (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • Compliance with tax and accounting obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR and D.P.R. 633/1972);
  • IT security and spam prevention — legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Aggregate navigation statistics and site improvement — legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and first-party analytics tools treated as technical when used only for aggregate statistics.

We do not perform profiling or automated marketing. We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Retention period

  • Data from requests without contractual outcome: retained for 24 months from receipt, then deleted.
  • Data of actual customers and related fiscal records: retained for 10 years as required by art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code and Italian tax law.
  • Technical logs (IP, user agent): retained for 30 days, unless security events require longer retention.
  • First-party analytics data: visitor identifier stored in the browser for 12 months; session identifier until the browsing session ends; page events retained for aggregate statistics and security needs, normally no longer than 12 months.

6. Recipients and categories of recipients

Data may be shared with the following parties, acting as Data Processors under art. 28 GDPR:

  • Hosting and database provider (servers located entirely in the European Union)
  • Transactional email provider (Resend Inc., with adequate contractual safeguards under arts. 44–49 GDPR)
  • Tax and legal advisors, exclusively for legal and regulatory compliance

7. Extra-EU transfers

Any data transfers outside the European Economic Area are made in compliance with the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission under art. 46 GDPR.

8. Data subject rights

The user can exercise the rights provided by arts. 15–22 GDPR at any time:

  • Right of access (art. 15)
  • Right of rectification (art. 16)
  • Right of erasure (art. 17)
  • Right to restriction (art. 18)
  • Right to portability (art. 20)
  • Right to object (art. 21)

Requests must be sent in writing to info@limostyle.it. We will reply within 30 days of receipt, extendable by a further 60 days in case of particular complexity.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (art. 77 GDPR), based in Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome — www.garanteprivacy.it.

10. Provision of data

Provision of the data marked as required in the forms is strictly necessary to respond to user requests. Refusal makes it objectively impossible to prepare quotes and process requests. Provision of optional data (e.g. phone number) is entirely voluntary.

11. Updates to this notice

This notice may be updated if services, providers, technical tools or legal requirements change. The version published on this page is the version in force at the time of access.
